Investment & Sand Castings
- Investment Castings (IC) – materials: carbon steel, duplex steel, copper alloys, super alloys; parts up to 120 kg
- Sand Castings – ferrous (grey iron, ductile iron, alloy steels) & non-ferrous (aluminum, brass, bronze, copper); single casting up to 25T
- Flexible capacities with tooling lead times of 4–6 weeks
Plastic Injection Molding
- Machines up to 3200T capacity
- Materials: ABS, Nylon, HDPE, PP, PC, PPS, GFPP, POM and more
- Capabilities include painting, ultrasonic welding, and complete sub-assemblies
